Location:
The house is situated in the village of Hora with a wonderful view overlooking the port of Skala.
Description:
The house has 2 floors, an internal yard, veranda and a garden.
Lower floor:
On the lower floor you enter through a covered area, which doubles as a breakfast area. On the left is a fully equipped kitchen. This area leads into a spacious lounge/dinning room/sitting room. There is also a single bedroom and bathroom on this floor. From the dining area there are doors leading onto a veranda, where one can relax in comfort and privacy. The garden has trees and flowers, is sheltered from the wind and has a wonderful view right over the island.
Second floor:
The stairs form the lower floor lead up into an open area. To one side is a guest house with a double bedroom and on suit bathroom. On the other is the main house, which has a split level bedroom (sleeping 4 persons), a double bedroom, large bathroom and a spacious lounge.
Distances:
Parking - 100 meters, in the main square.
Shops – 150 meters
The main port of Skala – 4.5 kilometres
Beach – 5 kilometres.Max. 9 persons
A full cleaning service is offered.
