It is about 3 km from Mastichari, 5 km from Antimachia, 7 km from the airport and 28 km from Kos Town.

Away from the crowding of large hotel units, near the village atmosphere, away from noises, close to nature in a naturally protected environment for children.

Seminars on natural living and diet with Mediteranean cuisine participation –if they wish- in the unit’s daily productive life to store knowledge – memories and strength till the next holiday.

Room Information:

THE RESIDENTIAL AREA.

The residential area of our village compose 18 multicolored three–floor lodges of 140 m² each one.
Each lodge has his own name, inspired from herbarium.

THE APARTMENTS.

The village dispose 18 apartments of 55 m² each one. Each apartment has the possibility of entertaining from 2 until 4 individuals.
The arrangement has as follows:
- Air conditioning.
- The possibility of connection in internet.
- The bedroom with double bed, a big wardrobe, office.
- The bathroom with bathtub, hairdresser and socket.
- Living room with a confortable couch that becomes bed and television.
- Complete kitchen with refrigerator and oven.
- The dining room.
- Stone terrace with table and chairs.
- His own garden.
- His own personality in the decoration.

THE LOFT.

The settlement includes 18 loft of 85 m² that occupies the 2nd and the 3rd floor of each house and have their own independent entry.
The two floors communicate between them with an internal scale. Each loft has the possibility of entertaining, from 4 until 6 individuals and has perfectly its personal style.
The arrangement has as follows:

2nd floor:
- Air conditioning.
- Possibility of connection in internet.
- Bedroom with double bed, a big wardrobe, office.
- Bathroom with bathtub, hairdresser and socket.
- Living room with a confortable couch that becomes bed,
  and television.
- Complete equipped kitchen with refrigerator and oven.
- Dining room.
- Veranda with table and chairs.
- Its own garden.

3rd floor:
- Air conditioning.
- Possibility of connection in internet.
- Bedroom with double bed, a big wardrobe, office.
- Bathroom with bathtub, hairdresser and socket.
- Balcony with table and chairs.

   

Board:

Breakfast is served in buffet from 7:30 until the 10:00 and includes: coffee, tea, milk, juice, cerials, croissan, butter, jam, cheeses, cold meat, eggs, fruits.

Lunch is served from 12:00 until 15:00 and it includes two menus with “the recipe of day” with two until three choices with home made traditional foods of Mediterranean Greek kitchen made with pur ingrediens of our own production, the children's menu and certainly the possibility to order from our various kataloge.

Dinner is served from 19:30 until 23:30 and follows the tactic of lunch.

Sport:

Swimming pool, children's pool.
