The Theatre Of The Odeon

This was built in the 3^rd century and excavated in 1929. Its marble steps are still in fairly good condition. The construction of the amphitheater was based on vaulted arcades and some ancient statues were discovered inside these, including one of Hippocrates, now displayed in the museum.
